The property was well maintained. Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Checkout was fast and efficient. The shuttle drivers were great! 24 hour service was fantastic.

Staff were nice and helpful
I usually like Hampton Inn but as soon as i entered my room, i was hit with a damp, sweaty socks smell. The carpet felt damp even through my socks. The smell and dampness was there throughout my 4 day stay. Lucky for me the bed and the bathroom was very clean. My experience has taught me to stay somewhere else whenever i visit Des Moines.
