This hotel is an excellent option for thise wanting to leave a car while traveling from the Des Moines airport. The parking spaces are well lighted and the shuttle takes you to and from the airport. At $45 per week the price is right for this service.
This hotel is so conveniently located when flying from the Des Moines Airport. Love using the Keck Parking Lot nearby to leave the car while gone. But this Hampton is getting old. With stays both before & after this trip, there wasn’t that familiar Hampton really clean bed smell - at all. The pillows were really lumpy & flat. The bathroom has a tub with shower and small vanity. The a/c is not quiet. Breakfast was fine like at all Hamptons.
The staff was very friendly, the room was very warm despite turning the temp down and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. However it was just an overnight stay.
No person in front desk to many times.

The layout of the hotel was weird, the elevator was a long hallway around a corner from the lobby..otherwise nice
The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Location is great, near every thing. Had a yummy Hilton breakfast! Cons: our room was dated. Carpet was very gross. The bathroom wasn’t caulked right so it looks weird. Shower was very dated. Found hair from cleaners and crumbs in the bed. Just need to be a little more detail oriented when cleaning.
