Carpet was disguisting. Needs to be replaced. Bed was very uncomfortable. Outdated. Not a Hampton quality. More like a Days Inn.
Outdoor pool wasn’t all that clean but otherwise the services and rooms were good.
Service was top tier (including Molly), but this hotel is in desperate need of a remodel. TVs had issues, the lobby was very drab and dated. I hope they do something soon because the location to the airport and dining was great.

This is my third stay at this location. The staff is great and the proximity to the airport and shuttle service are a bonus.
Very convenient! In front of DSM airport. The only think was the smell of cigarettes.
