The carpet in the room needs a good cleaning or maybe change. We couldn’t walk right on it. Walking in our white socks look as if we walked outside.

This don’t please do not stay here it is not safe The pictures online looks very nice but once you get there in person it’s a total different ball game I have been trying to get a refund now for like two months you cannot get a hold of anyone at the hotel then Expedia keeps you on hold for three hours for nothing I have pictures I walk in the hotel room there’s blood in the bed paint on the covers roaches in the room the ice machine look like someone threw up in it this place is filthy😡😡😡😡😠

This was the most horrible hotel I have ever encountered. We originally booked it due to closeness to where we were going. Pictures looked like a good area. We requested non-smoking. When we got there to check-in, the area was terrible, nothing like pictured. Very shady area, people roaming around, it smelled terrible. Our key card dis not open, when finally entering the room it wretched in cigar smell. The reception said that everyone always smoke in the rooms, even if they say no smoking. The room next ro where we were going to stay had it's windows broken. There was literally trash everywhere, clothing, socks, underwear! The "cleaning" lady was cleaning some rooms while smoking. Called Expedia and told them we could not stay there, my family did not feel safe. We could not get our money back. None of it. I am utterly disappointed in Expedias service!!

I never stayed I paid to check in on July 16th and checked out an hour later after I told the front desk my room was dirty!! He sent someone up to give me new linen….. The tub and toilet was dirty!!!!

Drug addicts sleeping outside drug dealers everywhere people walking with gun on them pool area was very nasty and water was dark green

I was not happy with this hotel at all the one they had roaches my air did not work in the room correctly I have to get the front office to come open the door for me because the key card will not work a disappointment

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Blood on the wall the place is falling apart can’t get any hell and I’m a bad area. I was forced to leave and now oyo is refusing my reviews
