Terrible service, showed up to check in as I had made my reservation 3 weeks ago. Only to be told there were NO MORE ROOMS available. So obviously I’m confused as to how there are no more rooms available when I made my reservation at the beginning of the month. I was offered no explanation or anything. I wasn’t referred to another hotel. I had to scramble to find a place to stay for the next two days. On top of that, OYO had the nerve to charge me a NO SHOW FEE! When I did in fact show up and was turned away because there were “no more rooms”. So why was I charged for a no show fee?
Yo this place is really fd up. Always knocking on my door. The roaches always flushing the toilets and changing the channel. One took my pillow. But the staff do their jobs. Great people but the trap spot, if you do stay, rooms next to the fence are it.
Make sure you bring your roach spray disinfectant spray and don’t have no allergies, only use if need last min place to stay and no other options available, roaches, spider webs i couldn’t sleep good feeling like something was going to crawl on me.
Everything about the property was incredibly dirty.
I can't believe Hotels.com associates themselves with this property. The place is beyond terrible. From the drug paraphernalia on the stairs, stepping over broken ironing boards. Walker and couches in the halls, boarded up windows. A molding pool. We walked into a roach infested room that had no toilet paper or towels. All for the discounted price of 110.00 a night. I wish I thought about take ng pictures of the dump.
My reservation was canceled by the property saying they overbooked. I’m trying to find out how to have my rewards credit returned since I the reservation was canceled. Thank you.
They were over booked by twenty rooms can't rate but very disappointed how do you over book by twenty rooms said no room and there was a line behind me waiting to check in unfortunately I had to stay half hour away and same chain hotel at $100 more not pleased
You guys over booked the hotel and there was NO room available for us when we got there and my credit card was already charged!
Bugs everywhere, toilet didn't work, broken glass on the walkways, filthy in every respect.
