Residence Inn Boca Raton

The only thing nice about this hotel were the people at the front desk. I do not recommend this hotel. It was built in the 80's. No elevator, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.👎

The room was incredibly spacious which is really nice! It did smell a little moldy but I can overlooked that. If you are sensitive, that might be an issue. Second floors don’t have stairs; not an issue for us but more of an FYI for others. There were lots of sketchy people around so that didnt feel great. I was a little uncomfortable but we were only there for one night so that was fine. Not sure I would stay here longer

Very clean nice place

This hotel was terrible. It was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling, hair on the bed and in the bathroom. Also it smelled funky and there was were dead insects on the floor. There was a fresh blood stain on the wall as if someone killed a bug and didnt clean up. The AC was leaking etc. It was like a nightmare. We left the next day instead of staying another night as we initially planned.

Left only an hr after we arrived. Didnt even unpack. The place is dingy and had a moldy scent. The lock to the front door was broken, the bathtub was disgusting, and we came across spiders by the bed. Even though we had booked this place 3 hrs prior, and requested a refund within the hour we arrived, the manager refused to provide a full refund. The place felt unsafe to stay with my children. I had no choice but to acceot the partial refund, and drove 5 min to Springhill Suites which met our needs. Stay away from this Residence Inn.

Great stay and great staff.

The property was a bit dated and needed some updates but staff was friendly and helpful.

The service from employees was great. Rooms were clean.
