I liked staff service…

Wish to see more vegeterian or vegan food items such as vegan suasages and fresh cut tomatoes / other veg items.

Very nice hotel-had a problem with no hot water went to front desk and they happily moved me to another room

Felt like the carpet was wet but seemed clean otherwise

The staff was great and very attentive, but we were originally given a room that was so dirty. There were stains everywhere everywhere it reeked of cigarettes, and there were bugs everywhere. The next morning we were transferred to another room, which didn’t smell of cigarettes, but was just as dirty. It’s also 25 minutes from the beach.

Pool was dirty

Wonderful stay, the front desk clerk Lakiya was very courteous. Room was huge and clean.
