Residence Inn Boca Raton

Over all we are happy location is perfect

This is a very old and rundown hotel, our room was so disgusting we were supposed to stay in it for 5 nights but couldn’t take it one more night and left after night 2. We would have left after the first night but they wouldn’t refund our room until after the second night. The staff was friendly and wonderful and their continental breakfast was great. They desperately need to get their carpets cleaned and mold remediation is needed in the rooms. The smell was horrid and my kid who’s super sensitive to mold was having a reaction to the room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and very kind. Unfortunately, he was representing an extremely dirty swampy version of a Marriott residence Inn.

Was used just as an overnight sleep after Football game.

Rooms were nice and roomy! Breakfast was good.

Eggs were gross!! More meat choices needed. Pool needs to be available 24/7.

Friendly staff , especially Jacob at the front desk Breakfast was nice , not plentiful , but sufficent

The bathtub does not drain all the water in room 924 The room was outdated

I like the fact it is 2 bedroom. It’s an older hotel and it shows. They have updated but poorly done. Staff is friendly and caring

Good cleaning, comfortable bed and wonderful shower. Very attentive staff and ok breakfast.
