Residence Inn Boca Raton

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We kept having key room problems, then the sink and toilet didn't work so they moved us to another room, then he had roaches in the bathroom.

Good for a short stay, but needs renovation. Rooms, dining room and kitchen are not illuminated enough. There's no elevator for rooms on second floor.

During eight days of staying, room was cleaned only one time. We constantly were asking for clean towels, we had only two to shower. An air in the room was stale, and carpet was falling apart and dirty. Didn't worth $1,067.70 we paid for it.

Not up to Residence inn standard. Older property in need of some TLC. Had to make multiple requests to get the room cleaned and that was only once in 6 days. Right next to the freeway but noise was not actually a problem. Was an ok value for the price paid but probably will not return.

Rooms are very spacious but the hotel must be updated, and cleanness shall be a priority for the rugs, light switches, doors. Originally we had a two queen bed which we could stay in due to the humidity and smell. We were upgraded to a larger 2/2 suite which had lots of space but was a flashback to the 1970’s. Great location, lots of space but outdated and not too clean. I would pay more if it was renovated, nothing on the are has the gem they have.

Most of the staff was nice enough except one cleaning woman. The suite was pretty run down and the carpets were very dirty. We asked for extra towels and never got them. Had to go back and request a 2nd time. Ran out of toilet paper, no back up. The breakfast wasn’t very good according to my husband.

Not clean. Phones not working. No towels. However some staff were friendly. Dwayne was very helpful.

Nice quiet stay

Room was decent, but could certainly use some updates. Our room had a king bed, but only had standard sized pillows. Also, the morning breakfast is okay at best. All in all decent property, but they are missing on small details that would make better.
