Staff very accommodating

The room was great,I have never stayed in two story room,but this was great,one bedroom downstairs and the other one upstairs,both with their own bathrooms. The only negative thing about our stay was the strong mildew smell in the room,but room was very clean. The breakfast was very nice,above our expectations

Checking in was easy and the lady helping us was friendly and very proficient.

Staff were super friendly! Only downside was that our studio smelt like people had been smoking in it but it was a non-smoking room

There are definitely some advantages of being a Marriott Bonvoy customer! Regardless, every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Daily breakfast was more than satisfactory and wiFi was both strong and reliable.

Marriott should be ashamed to have its name on this property. We were in a 2-bedroom penthouse. The upstairs sink did not drain. It caused a large bubble in the downstairs bathroom ceiling, just waiting to break. Lightbulbs out, all furniture worn to the point of barely acceptable. Front door flashing loose, making it difficult to close our exterior door. Cigarette burns in carpet and couch in a non smoking hotel! And more. Upstairs outside of room the decking had loose boards. Clearly dangerous.

They did not accept my reservation and did not return my money.

Dwayne's warm welcome really made my day. I truly felt at home when he greeted me so warmly. The other staff members I interacted with were also incredibly kind and helpful. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for making me and my family stay so special and memorable. Thank you all so much.

This day was good. Customer service was awesome. They was right on point. They was friendly, polite, very helpful. The property was very clean.

Room was a little musty / felt damp maybe b/c on bottom floor in back (building 10) or A/c unit needed cleaning
