Difficult to find; chewed up cutlery; no ice; no chairs outside; no hot water on arrival; chipped plates, bowls, no plug for garbage disposal;dirty carpet Lack of exterior lighting at night Very comfortable beds, well furnished living space

We stayed for 3 nts but they didn't clean our room once! And there was garbage on the stairs around the property that was never cleaned up. The front desk staff were nice, its too bad they have to work at this place.

The staff that helped with breakfast was friendly. That’s the only positive of this place. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

The room was dirty and clearly had mold/mildew that made it smell disgusting. Given how much we paid to stay here, only cleaning the room once for a 4-night stay was completely unacceptable and not something that was ever presented to us prior to booking. The hot tub was broken and the pool looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Filthy and dangerous. I left!!!! No way I could spend the night there. Likely never to use expedia againn!!!

A smell in the room when you walk in I think is the carpet. The bathroom wasn't clean

The property had trash everywhere, our bed was not made and there was a used washcloth on the sink. Clearly someone had been in the room using it when we arrived.
