"Pleasant"

I paid online using a booking site. They charged my credit card the full amount of the stay as well & I just noticed. They assured me yesterday my card would be reimbursed the full amount and they’d send a confirmation email as well and I have received neither. A trip that was suppose to cost $470 now has cost me $940. I am a single mother and this is a lot of money to me. I’m very unhappy.

The only area of concern was the coffee stand...two people and not enough creamer, sugar packets, and stirrers available. The breakfast was outstanding!

Coffee wasn't stocked in the room. Wife went to front desk twice to ask for Coffee and sugars.

This property was not well-maintained, issues raised were not fixed. Room was not "cleaned" for 6 of 7 days. Management staff were rude. Amenities were not as advertised. Worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and we typically choose Hampton Inn's when travelling.

"Overpriced & dirty"

The bathroom was dirty, had someone else’s dirty underwear still in the room. The wallpaper was ripped off and peeling in multiple areas. We called to complain and they told us no one could do anything till tomorrow. They didn’t offer us another room. They came to clean the next day and still left the underwear in the bathroom. When we complained they said they couldn’t do anything.

First day, breakfast great. Second day, more limited food. Third day, no forks or spoons. Asked for some. They didn't have any. Ever try to eat oatmeal with a plastic knife? Or eggs and potatoes? Or a waffle with syrup?
