they didn’t refill the liquid shampoo,soap in the shower glad i brought my own plus didn’t have extra coffee or coffee cups in the room to make was empty!!! other than that the room was very clean

no comment i didn’t get a receipt after i check out !!

"Loud noisy fan and front desk was unable to explain how to turn it off."

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off! There was no information about how to use the air conditioning and so I unplugged it. The breakfast was mediocre. Besides these issues, our stary was OK. The best thing about the hotel was that it was next door to a terrific Italian restaurant.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in Burlington. The location was perfect for us as our family was only a 4 minute drive. The room was spacious enough to unpack and be comfortable. I liked having the option of not having room service. I also loved the fresh ground coffee service machine, so much better than the usual coffee at hotels.

Everything was likeable.

"The stay was everything that I needed."

It was nice, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was wonderful, Carrie that headed. It was extremely nice and helpful!
