"Fantastic experience and clean"

We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn! Our room was very clean and you could tell it was well cared for and truly “well-loved.” The hotel is currently going through upgrades, and it’s clear the team is pouring their heart into every detail to make it even better for guests. The staff was fantastic across the board, but India especially stood out — she was over-the-top professional, genuinely kind, and incredibly helpful. Her customer service made our stay feel extra welcoming. Breakfast was really yummy with a great selection to start the day. We’re already looking forward to our future stays here. Highly recommend!

Stayed at Hampton Inn Rocky Mount and had a really great experience thanks to the staff. Germany at the front desk was super welcoming and kind, which made check-in easy after a long day. In the morning, Robin handled breakfast completely on her own and did an amazing job :) everything ran smoothly and she was so pleasant the entire time. You can tell this place really values hospitality. The people here make the stay feel warm and comfortable. Would definitely stay again! :) - Justine & Katie xx
