Very nice

I was extremely annoyed that we were given a smoking room. I had difficulty falling asleep. Supposedly, it was requested by the booking company. Hard to believe. I had tried booking directly as a Hilton Honor customer but had been unsuccessful at the time.

"Booking.com led us to book a hotel under construction"

Location

Hotel was under construction. The constant drilling and hammering was so loud we could barely hear each other speak. The construction started at 7am and did not end until 7 pm. The front desk informed us the website stated under construction however booking.com did not.
