Ibis Jakarta Arcadia

The hotel needs to have some work done on it rooms. Our air con leaked which meant that we could hear dripping all night. However the staff are pleased to help with anything you want and do seem to value you as a guest. If you are looking for cheapish rooms within two minutes of the main street of Jakarta such as Jalan Mohammad Husni Thamrin, I would recommend.

We only stayed one night but it was a good night. The room was clean and quiet and had a safe. The bathroom was adequate and ee did not use the restaurant. I felt safe here.

This hotel were not prepared to support business travellers. There were no universal plugs in the room and when calling reception reception for an adaptor they had none. - The iron and ironing board were deeply stained and left shirts with marks. I would not stay here again as this hotel does not live up to the IBIS trade mark

Its a nice place to stay, and as biz traveller u can enjoy food in nearby resturants which remain open until late night. The rooms have fews laps, wifi is not strong, but the nice thing it was provided free of cost. The doors of the room need to be pull and shut down properly Once the house keeping guys left my room open fortunately i didnt lost anything but i logged my serious complain. The staff is nice and friendly. Even Ibis Tamarin is just opposite side 7-11 r close by Had no issues with the booking, it seemed they are connencted live with expedia Had to extend my trip, i found better deal at expedia and booked my estension, it was quickly reflected on their system and in the same moment i got the call from the reception about the confirmation on stay extension. Woow ! bookings at expedia processes that fast...

below any minimun hotel standard and should be closed down for correct maintenance. (eg)electricity plugs were not international specification. i would never stay here again. also bad location. the staff are excellent but the hotel is not any grade. the entrance steps are oversized so for older people impossible to go up or down .

good if you just need hotel for sleep. breakfast wast terrible. location is fantastic

Hotel is about 15~20 min walk from two major upscale shopping malls. Grand Indonesia Shopping Town and Plaza Indonesia. However, there are very few good dinning options if you don't want to take the 20 min walk or take a taxi. We were looking for a nice place to have breakfast on our last day. Ended up walking more than 1 mile to a major hotel to have breakfast buffet. Jakarta streets are NOT pedestrian friendly. Streets are clogged with motor bikes, cars and everything else. Many side walk sections are taken up by food vendors with tables set up, forcing pedestrians to walk on the street, dodging motorized traffic. People, on the other hand, are friendly and are willing to help out with directions, even if they only speak a few words of English. I had stayed in Ibis hotel in Amesterdam a few years ago while on a business trip. I knew The room would be small but clean. We had two twin beds and it was fine. Clean sheets. I'd guess the room is about 8X20 ft including bathroom. Internet requires ethernet cable connection but was VERY slow. I did a speed test and came up with 0.19 mps upload and down load. It will not support video streaming at that speed.

The feeling is just exhilarating from the excellent service rendered by all the staff at IBIS Hotel Arcadia Jakarta. Room cleanliness is of the highest professional standards and I can vouch for that due I am a hotelier myself. I would recommend everyone who is planning to visit Jakarta to stay at IBIS Hotel Arcadia Jakarta who wants a memorable stay experience.
