Ibis Jakarta Arcadia

I'm happy with its cleanliness and the friendly staff service. One minor bit I would like Ibis to do is to change the aircon or service it as the aircon is not that cool enough. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. Keep it up.

We spend only a day and a half in Jakarta, so we were searching for a hotel in the city centre. The price was reasonable and overall impression was good. A little worn out but clean. There was a funny smell in the bathroom and a leaky AC. However, I think that should not be generalized for all the rooms.

AIR CONDITION WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.THEY TRIED TO RECTIFY.IT WAS NOT UPTO THE EXPECTATION.

Central location without the 5 star price tag of the surrounding hotels. The room was in the typical Ibis format but the bathroom was a bit tired and uninviting which let the place down a bit.

The location was pretty close to downtown and a short distance for most anything of interest. The staff was always friendly and attentive.

Staff dont understand you, neighborhood is shabby.

Good hotel - friendly staff, clean room, close to Jalan Jaksa street, good wifi.

This is a small Ibis, good located, but they must renovate ...

The hotel rooms is time to upgrade ..and location is near the town and shopping area.The people in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

Hotel is conveniently located, and has undergone a nice renovation of its facade and reception area. Unfortunately, it ends there. Rooms are old and falling apart. Air con didnt work properly. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Would recommend only if you are staying for 1-2 nights and want to save money
