Shower was disgusting, area was sketchy

If you like 1970 style hotel trains at night, this place is for you

While the staff was friendly and eager to please, the facilities were dated and tired looking. There were literally no amenities....no pool, gym, or bar, and the restaurant was open only for breakfast with a very limited menu. The area around the hotel was dead with hardly any restaurants or entertainment. We stayed there two nights during The Masters tournament, and the price, while understandably higher than normal, was not worth it. I would definitely stay somewhere else in Augusta for the kind of money we were charged.

Everything was broken. They charge too much and put nothing back into their product. Horrible business model. The shower head did not work, the TV was intermittent, the bathroom was filthy, it took 10 minutes to get hot water. Take your money somewhere else.

We were surprised to find that Augusta seems to be going through a rough patch, the area seemed worn and the pitch for this place as being by the river and such as not accurate. No real good restaurants and hotel had a used feeling.

The property is in extreme disrepair. Needs to be closed and torn down

This was a very disappointing property. It was very old and needed a tremendous amount of updating. The shower did not drain properly, the floors had food on it from the previous guest, and the TV worked intermittently. For the price that I paid per night, I would’ve expected a much better experience.

I would definitely not stay in this old ass dilapidated ass hotel. It was a pair of old ass eyebrows in my night stand and the curtains and floors were stained like a mfer! Management act like he didn’t know how to change my rooms when asked!
