USThis hotel was terrible. We saw 4 roaches in our room and was terrbly uncomfortable. We only stayed 1 night. The sheets on the bed was very dingy and the room had a very musty smell. We reported the issue at check out and she explained it may have been because they had just exterminated. It's terrible for a hotel to have roaches at that extent. Leaving the lobby upon check out a roach was crawling on the wall. This is totally unacceptable. We had a suite and an ajoining double bed room. In the other room the light in the bathroom didnt work. We called the front desk and they didnt have anyone available to come fix it. She made no suggestions, Nothing. Just a oh well attitude. Luckily we were checking out the same day. Will never, ever suggest or stay at this hotel again.
It's a little dated with décor, but if you need a cheap room close to downtown where you're walking distance to the action, this is a good spot. Just know that the hotel has not had an upgrade in about three decades. The staff has always been friendly.

Staff was very polite and helpfull. Lobby presents nicely aside from a few stains on the entry/lobby carpet. Overall the hotel needs an update. Great water pressure. I did not stay at this hotel once I discovered roaches in the room. For the cost I'm not staying at a hotel with roaches thats why I try to stay at better hotels
We booked this hotel as a night stop on a roadtrip and it did what we needed it to do. Clean comfortable bed in a good location, close to the riverfront and restaurants, etc. Marisol on reception greeted us warmly and was very friendly and helpful. Would probably stay here again if visiting Augusta.
Marisol, who was working the front desk when we Checked in was phenomenal during our checkin. We had a 36 ft motor home to park and she was very helpful and reassuring that it would be safe !
Outdated and roaches.
USThis hotel still needs upgrades. They are working on upgrades to the rooms. Staff Marisol & Arthur were great. Nice location/area. Some eateries are in walking distance. Some staff that served for the ballroom had no knowledge of what they were serving but eventually found out. Food served/menu for the ballroom was decent.
The floors reaped with mold sceny, no fridge nor microwave. Toliet ran all night. Elevator knock all night. Bed was uncomfortable. Bugs were in room. For the money paid... Never again...
Nice, clean. Perfect location for exploring Broad St.
