OYO Hotel Mt. Vernon KY - Renfro valley/I-75

I like that there were smoking rooms but the parking lot was unavailable to anyone not in an large vehicle due to the snow.

This place was a dump. We slept on top of the covers on the bed it was that dirty. There was a quarter inch Crack at the bottom of the door that we used our towels from the bathroom to plug up to keep cold air from coming in. I literally had to go to the office and ask for a light bulb because none of the lamps or light fixtures except 1 had bulbs in them, and while I was there, batteries for the remote control that had none in it. The parking lot was full of holes and if you had to circle around the back to get around the building, just know that it's more than obvious that that side of the building looked like it could be where the full time residents lived. Squalor, and someone needs to report them to the state. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Room was disgusting and seemed to not have been cleaned for some time. Con webs and dirty towels. Old food left in the frig and bodily fluids on the walls. Door did not lock to the room at all and the pictures provided are not what the room or property look like. This place is very runner down and if I would have had the money would have found some place better.

Was able to find something last minute. Property entrance driveway.. needs to be fixed .. desperately! Parking area ashph needs works. Lanscape needs TLC and work!

The bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned at all. There was, what appeared to be, menstral blood on the toilet seat. There was mildew in the toilet bowl. The shower did not appear to have been cleaned and there were noodles from someone rinsing out their dinner bowls in the shower. The countertop was filthy and the sink had noodles from a dinner, toothpaste, and remenants of someone shaving. The room smelled moldy as well.

Have problem with cleaning crew

I went in with low expectations for the price, but room was overall dirty beyond what one would expect still. We ended up not staying. The room was refunded which was nice.

It was ok great guy that ran front first room was horrible but he put me in another room . Ok for a good night rest very quite but needs updates to hotel. Thank you for the stay I needed a quiet cheap hotel to sleep on the road driving. If your looking for a good night sleep and the cheaper place ok but make sure to say non smoking room others wasn’t any good. Good luck to owners of hotel I would stay again as you were very accommodating. Thank you

Musty smelling, old motel, bathroom ceiling has moldy looking spot. Looked like toilet paper around shower head.
