The room was gross and dirty, there was food crumbs in my bed. Bathtub was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned still had hair in tub and used shampoo bottle on shelf. Side table and sticky residue on table top

This was a last minute reservation, I was driving through on my way to the smoky mountains and was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night. Room was clean and with all the necessary things to make it an uneventful stay. Room was just like the pictures I see some people saying the opposite but at least in my case it was. Attendant at the counter was courteous and polite. As I say mine was a in and out stay and i was pleased overall with the room and the service and i’m rating it as such.

This place looked nothing like the pictures in the ad. When we arrived, we thought we were in the wrong place. There was an abandoned building, crumbling, broken glass, nature trying to take it over (pictured)- and the hotel was at the top of the hill looking like something out of a horror movie. The keycard envelope even had safety tips stamped on it. We were tired, so we stayed .. but slept with our eyes open, I can tell you. The room itself was clean, but had a musty odor and was in bigly need of reno. If they cleaned up the lot next door, and spruced up the place, it would be a quiet place to stay. The office staff was very nice, and helpful though, so a good shout-out to them! I hope the place gets renovated.

"Better than expected."

Price was great.... outside is old school and dated, needs a bit of work. Looks shabby.However, Room was very clean, bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable... Room was spacious and had a nice desk for some work. Definetly stay again.
