OYO Hotel Mt. Vernon KY - Renfro valley/I-75

Couldn’t understand a singer word the host said. He followed us to our room and inspected room before we could go in. Very uncomfortable. Prepaid for room then added charges once we got there. Very unprofessional.

Great for the Price! You do Need to Run the Hot water for a While before You get it. The Beds, Pillows and Sheets Were Clean!! That’s What Matters! Thanks

Easy to miss

I drive semi truck and was told there was DEFINITELY adequate parking, and the was not. There were NO services near the modern and there were pubic hairs all over the tub and toilet. When i went to pull up on the band for the shower, the ENTIRE NOZZEL fell off. The owner accused me of breaking it. What a mess the place is. OfownACCUSEmeACCUSED hairs

There was blood stains on the carpet, blood spatter on the walls and curtains. Cigarette burns in the sheets, pillows, and covers. The bathroom was filthy, the got water knob in the bathtub was broken. The shower head was taped together. The door wouldn't lock it shut properly. I asked for a refund and was given a number to call I called the number it did not exist I told the hotel owners the wife became very rude when I said the number did not work. After 30 minutes of attempting to call my wife went back in with the information they provided and the main owner tried calling and called other numbers. An hour into the attempts we agreed on a new room which was a little better atleast was clean and warm vs the other one that looked like a crime scene. I will never go back!

In one word filthy

The host/owner & his wife were arguing as I arrived. They charged a surcharge for my therapy dog. The place was a wreck. Never again.

We got in late so we weren’t able to really examine the room as we were tired. There was an odd smell though for a non smoking room. When we woke up in the morning. I noticed a cockroach in my wife’s toiletry bag that I had to kill. Then we started noticing dead cockroaches all over the floor. Found another live one in our food bag. The toilet seat was broken, there were muddy boot stains on the floor, sheets had a cigarette burn, and some of the towels were stained. Overall a terrible hotel experience.

The bathroom had cigarette burns on the counter and tub. The shower fixture was falling out of the wall. The sheets were stained and the blanket had cigarette burns. Under the mattress I found a cap from a syringe. The telephone was from a Ramada Inn in another state. The dresser drawers were full of dust. I won't recommend this property to anyone.
