The experience at this place was absolutely dreadful. The pool area was freezing cold, and the power went out on the very first day, forcing us to leave the pool immediately. We couldn’t even enjoy the amenities we had paid for. Almost all the slides were closed, making it impossible for us to have any fun. We had a large group of 5 adults and 8 kids, and it was a terrible experience for everyone. I strongly advise against visiting this place. It deserves a 0/10 rating, and the staff was extremely rude.

This place is a total rip-off. The expensive food is just a cover for the fact that you can’t buy anything unless you load a prepaid card. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I still haven’t gotten my money back from the deposit, and they keep saying it’s not their responsibility to release it. But my bank clearly shows that they are holding the money. Don’t waste your time or money here. Shut it down and bring back Maui Sands.

I love the ambiance of this resort. I also love the waterpark.

I belive that the chlorine level was off in the waterpark our last day because both of my kids were itchy and my son developed a rash.
