This place was everything and MORE!! Kids had a BLAST

The location was nice and the amenities they have are great, would have been great if everything was working.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, our hotel room was not clean. There was visible dust, debris on the floors, and signs that the room had not been properly swept. I also have photos documenting these conditions. Additionally, two of the water slides were closed due to low staffing. We were not informed of this in advance, and this significantly impacted our visit, as the water attractions were the primary reason for our trip, especially traveling approximately two hours with our family. To make matters more challenging, there was a power outage on Saturday (even though brief), which further disrupted the experience. Due to the combination of these issues, we decided to leave early and were unable to stay for the full duration as planned. Given the circumstances, I would greatly appreciate consideration for compensation, such as a future stay or visit, as this trip did not reflect the experience we expected from Castaway Bay. I am happy to provide photos and any additional details if needed.

Love that Famous Dave's is connected! Really nice restaurant! The other food stalls were really delicious too. I loved being able to access the water park easily with just a quick scan of wristband that is nicely made as well.

The coffee took a long time to get refilled, the eggs were pretty bland. The stay was nice although wished there was a way to turn off mini fridge light at night and the beds were like boards. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom at all.
