I wouldn't stay there again.

I did not like the fact that they did not come in and clean your room. Hot food was not hot they do not refresh the food. The milk set out the whole time till 9:00.

The only thing that bothered me was my room (118) was missing a hair dryer and the metal towel shelf was badly bent. These items need to be fixed.

Pool was unusable, nothing but green algae. "Full breakfast" was not so full. Only thing more than a continental breakfast was biscuits and gravy yet the site shows that plus eggs and sausage and bacon, which was one of the big reasons I chose this place. Complete misrepresentation of this property. Would not recommend.

Check in person acted as if I bothering her to get checked in,beds very uncomfortable sofa need to be thrown out to the trash, NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL, NO CLEAN TOWELS PROVIDED EVEN AT THE FRONT DESK,TRASH NOT REMOVED FROM ROOM AND SMOKE AND DIRTY MOP SMELL AT DOOR AND HALLWAYS !!! I'VE STAYED IN CLEANER FIELD TENTS DOING MILITARY CAREEER THAN THIS HOTEL !!! I WILL NOT USE AGAIN !!!!

First room was not cleaned and the second smelled like mildew and mold . The staff was very nice but not very accommodating rooms.

Use to be a ok place to stay my bath tub was stopped up told front desk no one ever showed up to fix it. Had to shower in my family members room. Elevator kept breaking down so had to take the stairs. Had lots of family staying there everyone agreed we won't be back. Oh and the pool was out of order.

Could have been cleaner. My TV remote didn't work. They have me new batteries but still didn't work. Outside trash was over flowing and our bathroom sink and tub held water when we ran it. My parents room smelled of wet carpet which was unpleasant. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Lots of family stayed at this location and the experience could have been better.

Room they tried to put me in had no air conditioning and when I asked for refund to go elsewhere the manager refused to give it to me.

Check-in went smoothly. I was told the TV was out and he had put in a call for it to be fixed. It never was while I was there. Wi-Fi also was not working. The ice machine did not work. Breakfast was so-so. It was a clean hotel and I felt safe there.
