Staff is friendly.

What I paiad and service unreasonable . The place so old and dirty.i am not recommeded to sleep even a single day.

Got there after check in time and that went great until we got to the room and could not get in problems with the card key and the desk clerk had to let us in the room throughout our stay.

First off we arrived at 3pm, had to wait to check-in because the rooms weren't available... some biker convention going on and they were still at the hotel. Front desk unfriendly and smelly.. When traveling to casinos, just get a hotel at one of the casinos... I wouldn't recommended this place !!! Yuk!!!

Check in was good. The clerk was friendly and assisted us well. The room 211 was bad!!! We killed a freaking roach & The toilet ran constantly.

Check in was smooth, room wasn't in good shape. Sheets were in poor condition, swimming pool was not functional (pool was the reason that we chose this place). Ice machine on 2nd floor was not working, ice machine on 3rd floor was dirty and dispensing dirty ice. Front desk was in need of a helper for breakfast, as she was trying to keep the breakfast area supplied and clean and keeping the guests checked out too. Despite her efforts, neither was done very well.

Bugs in my room, no toilet paper, had to borrow towels from another guest after housekeeper tells me no clean towels available in hotel. Keys stopped working, no ice in the ice machine, tub faucet ran all night, sink stopped up with a slow drain
