There is nothing positive to say about this property. Pictures and reviews online were not accurate. There was exposed lighting above the shower and visable mold in the vent that was hanging from the ceiling as well as holes punched in the wal, roaches, and cigarette burns in the bedding. Took photos of all. Left after 10 min and was issued a full refund.

Extremely disappointed with the OYO brand. This has left a horrible impression and never again will I book with OYO and I’ll b sure to discourage others. Called earlier to notify of late checkin and property assured me it was fine. Arrived to find that room had been given away. Offgoing staff didn’t bother to communicate to incoming staff. Said refund would have to be issued via 3rd party booking. Staff that was there was of ZERO help
The room was fine. The Customer support team needs Alot of help. Will not use again because of Customer service. Not everyone is a theif and not everyone should be treated as such.
This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. When I went to check in I was told to come back in a hour because they did not have receipts to check me in. Came back an hour later And she was asleep on the couch. Mind you she did not hear me even after banging on the window. When she came to check out she look like she was on drugs and kept falling over and said your room number is this and never handed me a key And when I asked for it she was not all there.
They require a extra $50 deposit after you pay for a room that isn't fully clean and then they won't give your deposit back to unless they want to they will try to find anything to say they have to keep your deposit it's a trashy hotel and they are scammers

Didn't make it past the check-in. Upon arriving, the frint office required $50 cash deposit for "pets" which we did not have with us. The clerk stated their credit card machine was broken. Cancelled booking at front desk. Hoping for a refund.
