Save your money don’t stay here. The staff is rude and has a bad attitude even had a bad attitude with Expedia. They need someone else working here. Terrible customer service

Awful. No toliet paper counter hanging on by a thread no fire allarm or smoke detector. It smells horrid.
Didn't get to stay at this motel even though I paid through Expedia. When I arrived to the motel no one at all at the desk also and couldn't get a hold of anyone. When we finally did get a hold of someone who works there they said they had one room that wasn't ready. To call Expedia for a refund. Called Expedia and was supposed to call back about a refund and NOTHING. Not happy at all
I booked a room 2 weeks ago and was told at the counter that the hotel was “overbooked” and that I was to be issued a refund, horrible practice.

We were not able to check in. We were told the room was inhabitable. They charged my card $2 to make sure it was good, days before we were supposed to check in.
The motel is located on the service road of a highway. Requires a $50 refundable security deposit. (It appears to be because of their usual clientele.) Very noisy. (Parking lot activity. Highway noise. Other guests.) The flooring was fairly new, but otherwise the condition of the room was very poor. Dirty walls and caulking along the baseboards. Dirty entry door. Dirty bathroom door. Toilet seat loose. Tile in shower in need of repair. Ugly area in ceiling of shower with a dark spot in the area of a previous repair. Toilet seat loose. Front face of vanity counter detached and gapped. Dirty grout in shower. Rust in shower. I saw a couple of tiny roaches. It was a cheap place to sleep with a bathroom, but you definitely get what you pay for.
So the credit card machine doesn't work, so I had to pay cash for my stay, and since I didn't know, I had to go find an ATM to get cash out. We had lots of cockroaches in our room, I probably killed at least 10 while I was there, it was an older run down hotel
