I booked a room and when I showed up they had no vacancy signs and the desk clerk had the same message. Shrugged shoulders when I said I had confirmation. I know, it's an OYO so not super surprised - and based on the looks of the place it's probably for the better. Now the hassle of getting a refund is underway.

I booked a stay, but they said they were overbooked. I had to book another hotel last minute, I will not be booking with them again in the future..

Booked room for UT vs Baylor game. Checked in and received room key because we knew we would be late arriving back to motel. Game back after game, room key didnt work and no one at front desk. Never again.
Staff is fabulous
We pulled up to check in and it looked filthy. There was an old laundry cart with shredded fabric in the parking lot. Garbage all over. We pulled around the building and a cleaning lady was dumping dirty water into the parking lot from the second floor. My husband said we were not going to stay in such a disgusting place. We left abs stayed somewhere else!! Would not suggest for anyone to stay there.
This hotel should be condemned and burned to the ground. Total roach motel. The room stunk. Counted at least 7 roaches. Paint peeling. Everything was dirty and nasty.
They gave our room away
Got to there said system was down, couldnt check in, cant get a refund. Dont waste your time here or with hotels.com. worst experience of my life.
