Couldn't connect to the internet. The TV relied on the internet to work. Never worked while there. No phone in the room. Lights in the main room did not work. Outlets on both sides of the bed didn't work.

Not only are there cockroaches on the property, but the front desk will ignore you when confronted with the issues. They will lie to corporate so they won't have to refund you.

It had a cockroach infestation and we woke up with bed bites. Never staying here again.

This is the worst motel I've ever stayed at! Roaches and bed bugs! Hair in the bath tub, trash under the edge of the bed, air conditioner did not work, only one towel and one wash cloth for 4 people, no soap or shampoo, bed cover was stained, smelled like some kind of smoke, drug addicts hanging around outside meeting people, our door had trouble shutting with a gap underneath so it was a little unsettling. My feet got extremely dirty after just walking one time from the bed to the bathroom and back again. Hair on the pillow. Refrigerator did not work. We had cold food with us. Soda machine took my money. Tv had lines across it and very few channels. Nothing good to watch. Toilet paper roll was only half full with no extra roll. The mattress was hard and smelled like cigarettes. Accessible room shower was not very disability friendly. The receptionist was not very hospitable. I felt like a criminal the way I was being treated. I had to wait a while for the desk employee to get there. There was something sticky on the nightstand. No stopper in the sink. The pillows were very small and flat. There needed to be three pillows per person to have the correct pillow height. For an accessible room, I would expect to have a bed that wouldn't hurt my back. I have had 4 back surgeries. I couldn't get myself up after sleeping on the bed. That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable! I shouldn't have to have help up in an accessible room! DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE! CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE!

Beds were hard. Pillows were extremely lumpy. There was no Wi-fi and the TV was pretty much just a decoration. We could not watch anything.

It definitely fits the 2 star rating. Staff wasn’t very pleasant to deal with. Glad it’s just for an overnight to get my family by.

When I checked in the clerk was not very friendly and acted like I was an inconvience to her. I did not know that there was a $50 deposit when you check in. Also the site listed that there was phones, elevators, and other immenties that did not exist. I asked about a handicap room and the clerk just looked at me like I had lost my mind. When I checked on Sunday the morning the gentleman at the desk was very friendly so that made me happy. Needless to say I won't be staying here again. It seemed like a rent a week place and there was a questionable smell that came from the room next to mine.
