GBLocation was fabulous with views to die for, close to the Sea organ, monument to the Sun and old town. The host was very helpful and the studio appartment had everything you need and more. The outside space was amazing.we loved it!
Not for those with walking difficulties, 4 floors up with no lift kept us fit. Don't judge a book by it's cover as the climb is so worth it.

The rooftop is shared unfortunately it is not stated on the ad. At night there were other people in our part doing bbq, which was very strange. There is no elevator. At night there were cockroaches in the building. I think its a very old building.

The terrace is shared by the other apartments. The decked area is private for the apartment. However other people use it as a cut through and use the furniture until late into the evening/night. There is no dishwasher available and extra pillows would be a nice addition (only 1 pillow each is provided).
USThis apartment was very well designed and equipped. It was small but the space was used well and attractively decorated. The kitchen had everything you could need - and there was even a washing machine. The location was good, overlooking the ocean and the sea organ. It was an easy walk to the historic areas in the center of historic Zadar. The keypad system worked well to get into the apartment. We found a place to park a 20-minute walk away that was a reasonable price. You can also park for an hour inexpensively right near the apartment to load and unload.
The outside of the building is really awful - seedy and run-down. We were really apprehensive when we got there but once we were inside we were fine. We didn't use the view terrace much at all - the sun was very hot and it rained one day. Climbing the four flights of stairs was challenging - the ceilings were high and there were lots of stairs.

Sunset was amazing from the unit! convenient location. However, it is many steps up.
