The building was very scruffy from the outside and the public areas wasn’t clean
GBThe terrace was amazing, the location couldn’t be better. The apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. There were nice touches like ice cubes ready in the freezer, which were very much needed! The view is also the best in Zadar. Loris was exceptional, the transfer to and from the airport was very smooth and took away a lot of stress. Already planning our next stay.
The apartment is four floors up, therefore lots of stairs. We didn’t mind them so much, but could be a bit of a struggle (especially after a few cocktails)

LUThe view over the harbour area was great! we got a very quick response to our questions.
What we didn't know: 1. that a cruise-liner would be docked in front of the flat. We were woken one morning by the captain making announcements. That continued for a couple of hours as they went through a safety drill with passengers and crew. The cruise ship is taller than the building so be aware 2. The flat is on the fourth floor with no lift. Yes, we know it was a rooftop appartment but there was no mention of how many floors we had to climb with luggage 3. the building itself: when I saw the entrance from the courtyard I thought there must be some mistake.... it is dirty with rubbish and leaves lying on the stairs. The stairwell up to the flat urgently needs a coat of paint to cover the stains and marks 4. the sunshade on the roof was damaged but was quickly put together again. The cloth however is ripped and needing replaced....... not exactly aesthetically pleasing to sit under
HKamazing location right next to the Sea Organ, excellent location for watching the sunset every day! the apartment is clean and equipped with all the essentials. the host is very helpful and check-in check out procedures are easy. early check in is also allowed if it is available
located on the roof of the building, need to ride up some stairs which might be a concern if you are carrying heavy luggage
