nothing to complain about. Yes there are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment - but this is made clear and we were more than able to tackle them.

As a lot of apartments in Zadar , the buildings are very old , the apartment itself is exceptionally modern , but the 89 steps to it , are old and hard work in the heat , and not for the elderly or infirm also , check where light switches are to use before coming back at night ,and leave outdoor apartment light on too

JEThe location is fantastic, on the sea front near the sea organ and so close to the old town. Very clean. Little touches with shampoo and shower gel plus a washing machine with powder provided is very useful. Bed is comfortable and the outdoor furniture is good to relax. We didn't meet the owner but easy to access the apartment and communication via message was very good.
There are 4 flights of stairs, which are quite difficult in this hot weather! Just be aware if you would struggle with so many stairs.

CASuch a great place to stay!! So close to Old Town, the sea organ and tons of restaurants!! The apartment was clean, new feeling and comfortable. The deck was a huge bonus! Stunning views of the marina and all that goes on down there! The sunset view is outstanding!!

GBGreat location near the sea organ, and just a short walk into central old town. Very quiet and peaceful area. The view was beautiful in the day, and at night to watch the sunset. The apartment itself was very modern, clean, and had everything we needed.
There was a cruise ship parked in front of the apartment on one of the days (Monday). Not the fault of the property owner, but good to be aware of as it does cover the view.
