"Amazing overall experience"

This hotel was amazing to my family and myself, specially the managers Jazmine and Forest. It was beautiful, clean, and everyone was friendly to us. The heated pool was an amazing add on experience. The complimentary breakfast was delicious everyday. The coffee was delicious and available every morning as well. The valet was fast and accommodating every-time we needed our vehicle. The house keeping came to check on our needs daily. We had our dogs which were treated nicely as well. There was no hidden fees and I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Hotel itself was amazing. This was our second time staying here and the place is still excellent. Also appreciated the breakfast service. However a couple of things I noted this time around: - staff were not very attentive/helpful this time. Seemed to not care much about guests’ satisfaction, check in and check out were very perfunctory experiences, not very friendly. - breakfast items started running out in the last half hour of service. Ran out of sausage gravy, ran out of waffle mix, ran out of some types of toast, ran out of coffee! More effort would be nice in making sure guests get the breakfast that they’re promised.
