Had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai. The free rambutan was such a lovely surprise and definitely earned some bonus points. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

I've stayed at The Crew Hotel multiple times and keep coming back for a reason. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and consistently offers great value, but the standout feature for me is the breakfast. The breakfast selection is excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality food that sets you up perfectly for the day. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Every member of the team is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, and their genuine warmth creates an atmosphere that makes you want to return. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and it's rare to find a place that combines great service with such a consistently good experience. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back again.
