I love the shower and bed it’s was so comfortable

The fire alarm was falleing out off the roof The dishes were dirty The sink wasn’t cleaned in the kitchen

"i stayed with family including 4 year daughter on 24 th march night : microwave not working in room"

i stayed with family including 4 year daughter on 25 th march night : microwave not working in room no 5. i stayed again in again on 01 april night again on same room , i even rang and requested to change the microvawave in afterternoon but nothing happened , so i satyed again in the same room with broken microvawe; because of this broken microvawave , i could not warm up food so had to go outside to eat. i like carlton facielity , may be its just the person working there did'nt care.

The room had been recently renovated so was clean and bed comfortable. Was close to main centre and restaurants

The outside of the property was run down and a bit of rubbish around. It looks like there are areas that are been renovated . We were on the first floor so had to lift bags up stairs.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Clean linen. TV, Aircon, jug, fridge, toaster all worked well.

Outside appearance of the Motel. Needed painting and alot of maintenance.

The bed was comfortable and air con good. Roomy. Friendly and helpful cleaners helped us get key as reception didn't open til 1.30pm and we were travelling through to an event in Bowral. Reception did contact me later by text and gave us access to room keys via lock box.

Pillows were soft but very thin. The facade of the old hotel was off putting needs maintenance,.
