Bed was comfy

Building looked derelict, room was dirty, towels were dirty. Window was draughty. Hole in the wall in the room. Bed heads made of Styrofoam glued to wall.

Location, bottom floor room, comfortable bed

No soap, no little pots of milk, door wouldn't lock, plates chipped

Rooms were nicely renovated and comfortable. On arrival the place looked a bit run down but don't let the exterior fool you. Great value for money and location was perfect. Will stay again next time we're in goulburn.

There was no complaints, exterior is dated but not a issue.

No breakfast. The place was not very appealing

We booked based on location for one night however we didnt end up staying the night. After we left someone contacted us and acknowledged that they understood why and that we would not be charged.

We changed room because TV had no picture and then the new room had baby spiders after I spotted about 20, we pulled the bed back to see where they were coming from and there was a large hole in the wall.

Room was still occupied so we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite
