The rooms are updated and clean it is in a great location quiet and you can walk to shops

Staff not that friendly outside of motel is very un-kept run down and needs a lot of work. we did not know that some of the rooms are upstairs and there is no lift. we advised the motel that we would arrive about 13.00 and they said that was fine. When we arrived, there was no one at reception we had to ring the number on the door and was told that there is no one at reception until 14.00pm we would just have to wait, was told later that reception is only open between 14.00pm and 20.00pm

It's clean and good location.

When I checked in I asked about milk and was told if there was none in the fridge they didn't have any, not a good start we have stayed here previously and everything was great but new management has a lot to learn. The room itself is good however no shampoo only 1 tea bag the hand towells or face washers no bath mat and the size of the towel was only slightly bigger than a hand towell and very thin. Unless they improve their act they will lose business very quickly.

Reasonable location, lovely clean looking sheets, great price, nice shower pressure, decent dinner recommendation by staff.

Our neighbours were SO noisy. We barely slept a wink and could hear everything (about 30 mins sleep for my partner and max 3 hours for me). I think we got unlucky but the walls are thin!
