Old, run down, little or no hot water.

No one on reception I cancelled my booking in good time and expected a refund as per policy but the hotel never bothered to acknowledge or answer despite 5 messages Booking.com were very unhelpful in attempting to solve the issue

Mostly everything, rooms are very good and well priced with good beds. My go to place for whenever I'm in town

Have no idea how to get into the appartment block as our Keys did not open any doors - am I missing something? Fortunately the 2 doors were left ajar and we could enter the building...

Location - Woolies over road. Room renovated bed ok.

*Needs TLC - toilet button needs fixing - popped out and was just doing the push down to flush! *Toilet base on curve needs BLEACHING - as porcelain is stained and looks like human remains on sight. A shelf above toilet be good to place rolled up towels etc. and hooks for clothes.

The room was recently renovated and very comfortable. The external appearance was a little disconcerting.

Nothing! No staff around to help keys placed in the front for everyone to pick there own keys out of a box the list of bad things goes on and on about this place!

No staff on site to help, the contact number was not helpful and wouldn’t be answered and this was during the afternoon. When we finally did get a key out of the box at the front which had numerous of keys in it for anyone to grab especially when there’s no staff on site to fix up wrong keys being grabbed for rooms that are not the rooms that you have paid for the key we grabbed out was clearly not for our room as a few different families came through at the same time in the same situation looking for a key take note though the room that we did enter with this key was completely dirty and not cleaned. It looked like someone had slept in and trashed the room and no one had been into clean it at all we were communicated that even though we had paid for the accommodation and money had come out of our account we did not have a room and to take it up with booking.com. That it wasn’t there problem and there was no rooms available we were in Goulburn for a rep soccer weekend with my husband and our three children and had a car full an no where to go. Friends who were able to get a key to enter a room that were also here with rep soccer they called multiple times checking if they were in the right room they were met with verbal communication saying they were even though they didn’t pay for a two bedroom apartment etc .. in their apartment the toilet wasn’t working it was leaking. When contacted They communicated they would have someone come and fix it. They did not. They had to turn the water off at the tap side of toilet to stop the leaking toilet water .The spa bath had a note on it saying out of service. The rooms were dirty. The sheets were dirty .There was multiple people who had arrived around the same time all having the same experiences of being put in the wrong room.
