"Satisfactory stay, which met expectations"

No breakfast available, but we obtained intel re options nearby. Location good. Upstairs external access in the dark was not ideal.

External signage was not obvious. External appearance of the building showed a need for some remediation, but the room was very well-appointed.

Close to everything Great location. Very friendly staff

The other guest had no consideration coming back late at night and yelling or arguing in the car park. Very rude .
