Staff were very helpful. We requested an early check in they were happy to oblige, with cleaning staff helpful when we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Amazing vaue for money.

The outside of the building was a bit rough looking, but once we got inside it was neat and clean. We were a little confused about the checkout process, reception was not open and there was no early checkout key drop box.
