The staff were lovely, most reassuring when my train was delayed indefinitely. The location was superb too. And the hotel was perfect for me.

Clean confortable bed.

Late at night discovered no soap, no shampoo and no tea bags in room. When I spoke to manager was told: 'our supplies haven't arrived'. When asked if they could supply me with something was told: 'no, because our supplies haven't arrived'. Granted this was an issue for them but how about finding a stop gap solution for your clients! Said she was a new manager - perhaps needs to look up the terms 'hospitality' and 'customer service'.

The room was spacious with an update.

The room including the bathroom was not very clean. Very noisy when neighbours were opening and closing doors. The outside of the building was not looked after, looked shabby and dirty with cobwebs. Looked like an empty building from the outside. The road is very busy.
