"Would never go back or recommend it to anyone. It should be closed down."

There was nothing to like about the property. It was dirty, mouldy shower door wouldn’t even close, main door wouldn’t close properly. No one in reception to contact and none answered emergency phone number that I called multiple times. Tv didn’t work. Towels were dirty. Basin was blocked. It was really disgusting to stay in. The cutlery looked like it had been used and just put back in the drawer. There were cobwebs and spiders all through the room.

"Not a great stay."

There was no at reception. Called the number on the door and it took a few try's to get someone. When our friends got there that was booked at the same time and were charged were told they don't have a room and they didn't care about fixing the issue. There was also 2 more couples in the car park with same issue. The room was reasonably clean but toilet was leaking. Staff knew and as there was already a bowl under the drip. No one come to fix after I brought it up via text message to staff. The outside of building is very rundown.

This is a budget hotel with little street appeal but once inside the room was quite large, clean & bright. Staff were very friendly & welcoming. Very quiet despite being on main road Parking off street excellent It wasn't an issue for me but if you have mobility issues discuss getting ground floor unit.

No milk to have in morning coffee ... didn't notice till I got up at 5am for an early start!
