Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown

My stay lasted only one hour due to the extremely unpleasant odor. The cleanliness was terrible, and the room was in awful condition. I had to move to another hotel, as the staff made no effort to resolve the issue. It was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

I didn’t like anything it was a horrible experience.

Nice breakfast. Really noise that night. People outside were having an argument at about 2am.

Loud people in the early am

The bed was very comfortable, as two disabled veterans we appreciated that we were placed on the bottom floor. The beaches was close by and it was easy access off the main road.

The toilet was not stable, we had trouble with our door locking mechanism twice, and staff knocking on the door just because at 9am when checkout was at 11.

Nothing

Roaches and black mold everywhere.

The rooms were overpriced when the condition of the hotel was horrible. The heat didn't work. It was 🥶. There shouldn't be a required deposit when the hotel doesn't meet the name Quality. We will not be back!!! I will tell all of our friends and church organizations to spread the word about this experience. This wasn't the first time, but definitely THE LAST!!!! I was embarrassed to say I encouraged others to stay here.

It was quiet. No disturbances.

The doors to the rooms need fixing, they are scratched and very damaged, around the property smelled like urine. Inside the room was decent but definitely half cleaned. The shower head pressure was terrible. Not sure if it was a pipe issue or the shower head itself. Very inconvenient.

If you're just wanting a basic room with no frills, this will work. This is a very old Holiday Inn( now a Quality Inn) that hasn't been upgraded very much. It's in real bad need of repairs, paint . It smells a bit musty inside. We stayed one night because it was a last minute decision to spend the night in Georgetown but if I saw the room before we committed to stay, I would have spent a little more money and went to the Hampton Inn across the street.

The entry walk up was unsafe and dangerous Bathroom sink leaked badly and kept the bathroom floor constantly wet and slippery.
