Hotel was very dated… I saw two bugs in the restroom I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

"Good location, Great Staff....Rooms just ok."

Staff is great ! Location is great . Right across from the Marina and a couple blocks from downtown. Beds are VERY comfortable !!!

Bathroom floor was dirty. Wipe it down with a towel and the towel was black. Bathroom sink clogged, fixed a day after it was reported. Ceiling had damage from a previous leak. Evidently the wake up call for the previous guest wasn't removed, phone rang at 5:30 am EVERY morning , smh . Also, New Owner insists on charging a $100 deposit....been coming here for a couple years and never had to pay a deposit before.

Filthy disgusting room. Exterior of hotel very dirty. Back side of hotel lighting is poor. Do not stay here. First room assigned the beds were not made and trash in the room.

"Love the location and facilities but not happy with the noisy guests."

Waffles were ok. Some eggs and bacon would have been good.

The floor in our room was dirty. It needed cleaning. Guests beside and behind us were very noisy until midnight. First time that we have ever experience this here.

"Not pleasant, broken toilet, did not feel safe."

Location was good

Our room was awful! The toilet was not bolted to the floor correctly and wobbled horribly. An accident waiting to happen. There was a work order on the desk that was probably left there by staff about mold in the bathroom. There were several guys sitting out front of our room in the pool area smoking pot. It was absolutely not a pleasant stay - rather scary in fact. We had driven 10 hours and were exhausted or would have left. Double locked door and placed a table in front of it. Will never book with this chain again!
