This place is older, but appears to have them renovated along the way. Unfortunately, it still needs a paint job on the interior and a good cleaning. All of the corners were filthy, and there was lint hanging from the side of the mirror.

Front desk staff was great ! Room was fairly clean and comfortable. Served it's purpose for a few days while in town to do some fishing ;)

Only issued I had was my room was charged to my credit card 4 days before our stay. We were suppose to pay upon arrival and I still had a full 24hrs to cancel my reservation for free. Was also charged a slightly higher fee than my confirmation on Booking.com. Evidently the new owner has a different way of doing business but you can't say room to be billed upon arrival and then bill the charge even before the free cancellation period is up.

The Quality Inn and Suites in Georgetown, SC we stayed at was in a great location clean, comfortable, great coffee, good staff and very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
