Beck Allans Guesthouse

A very enjoyable stay in a perfect location for walking in the Lakes. Thanks to Jenny and Jim for helping to make our trip so good.

We had an excellent stay! The room we were in (room 3) was beautiful and very clean. We were well looked after and the cooked breakfasts we enjoyed were piping hot and delicious! We would de stay here again

We had a really lovely stay at Beck Allans guest house. Such welcoming hosts, a really lovely couple. Thank you so much for the home made banana bread! The room (8) was warm and comfortable, bed was super comfy too. Great Aga cooked breakfast, and the continental was superb. Can highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Jim and Jenny are fantastic hosts. Very friendly and considerate. Breakfast was superbly cooked and very filling, using the best produce. The bedroom had plenty of storage space and had the most comfortable bed. The location is slap in the middle of Grasmere. They recommended places to eat. We went to Tweedies, which was pricey but good food. We would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Lovely place to stay in Grasmere. Very welcoming hosts, excellent food and cake! Very clean,warm and cosy.

Two day midweek stay. Friendly hosts set in a quiet picturesque location. Rooms are clean & tidy with an excellent free WiFi signal. Very good breakfast. A good selection of maps are available if your into hiking. Without doubt, excellent value for money & we will definitely be back in the not to distant future.

Lovely guess house situated in a ideal location in the heart of Grasmere. Room was clean and breakfast was superb and the hosts were lovely and extremely friendly from the offset.
