"Exceptional"

Enjoyed a great stay in a great location. Hosts were really friendly and accommodating, guesthouse was spotless and the breakfasts set us up for the rest of the day. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Grasmere.

Lovely guesthouse with wonderful hosts that went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great area to be in and would recommend. The only downside unfortunately was water dripping from a spot light in the bathroom.

What an amazing stay at Beck Allans! Jenny and Jim were the ultimate hosts. The property is immaculate and so beautiful-- right by the river and in the walkable village of Grasmere. The breakfast was so delicious! Jenny and Jim use the Aga in their perfect kitchen to prepare the full English breakfast or other options. They were so helpful in every way, from booking our cab to local recommendations. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

"Relaxing and comfortable"

My partner and I really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Beck Allans. Jenny and Jim were great hosts - friendly and attentive but not intrusive. The B&B is clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We would definitely stay again.
