Best View in Munnar, Idukki. Nice Property All together, Staffs are helpful. Food is also good.

Once you enter the property, it is awesome. The rooms, the view from room, the viewpoint, the infinity pool .... All of that's amazing. Would like to specifically mention Jibin from FO team, Jobin & Rony from Restaurant team and the OM Saji

Firstly the roads to the property is horrible especially if you are travelling from Kumily Thekkady side. They have limited parking and as we reached, the security guard mentioned that they will park it in some nearby place if required but there was no proper procedure for this. We aren't provided any sort of valet card or anything. Also, noticed that my vehicle was moved multiple times for no reason. Even the check-in wasn't that smooth. This was coz of the specific staff there at thrle reception then Jibson. The attitude of the guy ain't right, especially if he plans to continue in the hospitality industry.

The location is very powerful, the staff were very kind and they ensure you do not miss events organised by the facilities. I enjoyed my stay as a family

One of the best resorts with breathtaking views. Super kind staff, great food, clean rooms amidst nature. It's a 10/10 place.

Everything about this property and our stay is memorable! The warm welcome, the front desk, the restaurant, the walk to our room, the infinity pool, the view of the beautiful mountains, the Jacuzzi and the candle light dinner
