Crowne Plaza Chicago-Northbrook, an IHG Hotel

Room I reserved was not the one I received. Unable to get more towels for room because they “ran out”. People came at 11:45 am on day of check out to make sure we were already out of room when check out is at 12pm

Definitely stay again staff was very nice and helpful.

nunca preguntaron si todo estaba bien, el extractor del baño funcionaba y se llenaba de vapor, el sofa estaba sucio, dejan entrar a huespedes con mascotas, nos causó alergia en la piel por eso, no olía a limpio sino a polvo, pesimo servicio en recepción, el personal no habla español a pesar que en la pagina dice que si, al hacer el check in solo me dieron la tarjeta y me dijeron por donde estaba la habitación pero no me encaminaro, tuve que averiguar yo mismo como llegar, muy costoso y lejos del downtown

Outdated property. A/C didn’t work at all in the first room. Wasn’t much better in the second room.

When you sit down at the bar to order food and the first word from the bartender is the f-bomb-that sums it up. Room was clean, food was not great. Wouldn’t stay there again.

This room was booked via Expedia... the room was very small, floor looked like it needed to be vacuumed, the beds had holes on the sides, the water in the tub took longer than usual to go out and the drain was extremely dirty with long hair coming back up when you run the water... this place needs a deep cleaning! The outside of the property looks amazing!
